Because personalised pieces are made to order, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind once production has begun.

If your finished piece arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or differs materially from the design preview you approved, please contact us so we can review the issue and work with you toward an appropriate solution.

Small variations in leather texture, colour, sculpting and fine handcrafted details are a natural part of the handmade process and are not considered defects.
